I am not sure that hedge fund types are in the business of making offers. They will bide their time until the appropriate moment comes along, that being when a company becomes distressed. As many have already said, this will take a long time. All of efforts by all parties are to be applauded though. We have to keep doing what we can (end of sermon)

Not sure what your point is. They can't rip the Ricoh pitch up, or play rugby or whatever on it for periods close to the game (or arguably, if you're a passing game loving Scotsman, at all during the season). It's not like they have full access the other 342 days a year.

Dons the one stating the pitch could be used for alternative things on match days. I can't see how the pitch can be used 365 days a year anyway. Outdoor concerts will only take place in the summer and rugby could quite easily be played on alternate weeks - look at hull and swanseas ground.
