What questions would you be asking the candidates?

Mine would be along the lines of

'you will be required to work with coaches who are defence minded, none who played in an attacking role in their playing days. How would you get teams attacking whilst working with these coaches?'

I'd also like them to make it mandatory that a player stays on the half way line when defending corners but I'm not sure you could incorporate that into an interview question
