It was HOMER. SPREAD has 6 letters by the way.I can't remember. Was the answer Spread then?
Hmm....I really struggled with it today and I only got it on the very last go. My missus though, got it in one.
Only trouble was, her answer was different to mine
And just to test it, I opened an incognito tab and it was a different answer to mine on there too. I am surmising there must be two on the go at the same time. I tried it on Edge too and that also was the answer my missus had.
Hers was easy, mine was hard, so without giving anything away, did everyone find it difficult today?
My word wasn't Fetus yesterday or the last couple of days...Right, so solved the mystery. They did change it this morning and apparently it was because of the ongoing abortion issue in the States.

It's ridiculous really isn't it, it's just a word. Having the word "fetus" doesn't mean you are pro or anti abortion.
