Not disagreeing with your general point but Canley isn’t the other side of the A45. Trust me those of us that grew up just the other side of the A45 are not from Canley (Beechwood Gardens thankyouverymuch)

Yes it is.

You have to walk down past Homebase, across the A45 by the fire station and then continue on past Cannon Park and the uni.

It is walkable, probably about 2 miles, so not for everyone
