If he plays Warhammer it explains why he hasn’t got any cash left to buy football clubs!

Not me I’m afraid. Even I’m not mental enough to think King paid £50m for the arena. Beard isn’t quite there yet either.

Is that your guess or something you know? I think maybe we’ve been doing it up out of our own pocket for a discount. I wouldn’t be surprised at anything from free upwards.

Ashley has done a fair amount to it tbf. How we’ve financed it and who exactly owns it will be interesting too. Lots to come out im sure. Would’ve a nice statement for the council to extend the leasehold as well. I can’t imagine now there’s any danger of them ever taking it back unless the club was to go elsewhere.

Disagree, unless as Shmmeee suggests we’ve been funding the maintenance. End of the day, with maintenance completed it’s worth more than it was when last for sale. £30m at least if it was effectively open-market.

I’m pretty sure it was offered to him for £30m a while ago but the money wasn’t there

In King's interview, he obviously tried to buy for £25m in 2022, and Ashley got it for £17m, he said Frasers had done a lot of work on the infrastructure and he acknowledged that, so you can guess anywhere between £21/ 23m if you include the work done.
Storey the salty, bearded c**t has no clue what's going on and should just fuck off into the sunset.

You can all mock his appearance, but how many of you have a successful imaginary energy drink nobody's ever seen that's not available in bars and shops nationwide? That's the kind of success people can and clearly do dream about.

I'll give him credit for one thing. He managed to blag his way into sponsoring a Formula One team. That, at least, was moderately impressive. Until he was rumbled, anyway.
