I’m pretty sure it was offered to him for £30m a while ago but the money wasn’t there

In King's interview, he obviously tried to buy for £25m in 2022, and Ashley got it for £17m, he said Frasers had done a lot of work on the infrastructure and he acknowledged that, so you can guess anywhere between £21/ 23m if you include the work done.
