We needed Sunderland to lose and if Boro drew, we had to win -To be fair, Bournemouth can still stay up too! They’re at Everton (who are poor) but need Watford and villa to lose. Wasn’t that like us in 97?!
So, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had a hand in saving us from relegation that yearWe needed Sunderland to lose and if Boro drew, we had to win -

I think Stoke will do OK next season, showed signs late on this season of a revival and O'Neill as the summer now to work with them. Agree on the other twoI think a couple of clubs are in decline in the championship that could benefit us... Birmingham, Huddersfield and Stoke spring to mind, the premiership took its toll on the latter two...
A little similar then! Be nice if it was the same result (19th getting out of it).We needed Sunderland to lose and if Boro drew, we had to win -
