Good question, why has nobody thought to bring it up before now?

My guess is he's made a simple evaluation on the chances of succeeding both here and up there, based on the last two games the season has slipped away from him and us with the prospect of a much reduced budget next season, plus a wage rise on top of all that, quite opporotunist but coherrent thinking.
Prospect of a much reduced budget? Where has that been stated?
would so love us to get to wembley now more than ever as im sure that he'd still be here if he had the prize of leading a team out on the hallowed turf to look forward to. How is a new manager expected to motivate the players for the club when they see a man who they have obviously beleived in like us ...jump ship. Cant wait for his return in a fixture... should put a few thou on the gate just to hurl dogs abuse at him.
Seeing as he had a 3 year contract with us,couldn't sisu have put their foot down and just said no your'e not leaving??
No...there was a release clause in his contract, which Huddersfield met.Seeing as he had a 3 year contract with us,couldn't sisu have put their foot down and just said no your'e not leaving??

He said himself he was discussing future plans with Seppala last week. My guess is he was told there was no money for players, whether we got promoted or not, and H'field offered him a decent wedge to spend on getting players in over the summer. It's about ambition, and whether owners are prepared to match it with investment in players.
According to CWR rumours are he has been offered 3 times more money than he is on at Coventry
Mercenary
Which begs the question, how little was he really being paid/valued ???
It doesn't. He signed the contract at that rate
Because he's a greedy, selfish cnut!
