1 They will fill the ground
2. They will make a load of cash out of the concessions, drinks pies and Parking (ACL) recently edited but a win win for SISU and ACL
3. They have a perfect Market test of rough fan numbers if they make the Prem
4. The 12th Man effect
5. Giving families who are finding finances stretched a chance to have a night out cheaper than the cinema, giving them and their kids a truely unforgettable night what ever happens.
6. IF and i say IF they get to Wembley a minimum estimate as a base line ( through the stubs)
7. All round great PR for the club

Anything else? or any negatives ? .... the only one I can think is that I know people have bought loads of tickets in order to get to the final and potentially rip people off by selling them on

I don't think they thought that far ahead. Think originally they just wanted more people to turn up for the extra unglamorous games and we happened to do well.

its been a £5 all the way along, why change it.

if it was raised, would so many people come along still?

Bravo CCFC for keeping it the same.

Potentially creating new fans and bringing back old fans who have gotten out of the habbit of coming will raise our attendences for the rest of the season and beyond. To what extent though is impossible to predict and the majority of that benefit will disappear if we lose.

ACL will make loads of cash out of Number Two.

Agree with the rest though.

Thanks for the info guys

I have edited the bit about the concessions but a even better win win IMHO

I have thought of another

8. Club shop will get more sales on the night for sure.

Especially with the sale they currently have on. I can see a lot of shirts being sold. Those who haven't paid much attention for a while will be pleasantly surprised to see this seasons shirt going for £20!!

Not true that ACL get money from parking. They sold the franchise to the club, who sold it on (presumably at a profit.) So whoever bought it from the club gets the money, and the club have had their share already - as have ACL.
