Why didn't ACL oppose appointment of Appleton? (1 Viewer)

One thing I can't get my head round is why didn't ACL oppose the appointment of Appleton as administrator when it happened? Surely they could've objected in court and asked for a court appointed administrator?

I just don't get it?!

I said valid reasons....a judge would have laughed that out of court.

Judges are to be impartial are they not? Isn't one side of playground appointing an administrator not potentially a conflict of interests?

It shoulnt be no, they are officers lf the court....and im pretty sure this is standard practice. I we'd gone in to admin 24 hours later and ACL appointed Bredan Guilfoyle would you be questioning impartiality?

Well, yeah. The same question would've been asked. Maybe for a different reason though. Had that been the case, I would've wondered what smarmy SISU plan was being concocted if they were going to sit and let ACL choose their own administrator.

You could report him to the FSA if you think he's been unethical or the police if you believe he have acteed illegally
