Yea not everyone has access to DAB radio whereas nearly everyone has an FM radio, unfortunate for those who can't get a good FM reception but can't please everyone. Ideally they wouldn't be on either but if theres enough interest in it they will continue to put it on I suppose.
Why are they covering Wasps at all.?
Surely this is covered on one of the London local stations. It has nothing to do with our city. I haven't got fm on my dab. How much lower can we sink in order of significance among our local press and media? Disgraceful

BBC are obliged to cover local sports teams. Like it or not Wasps are a Coventry team.
Some people are clearly having trouble accepting that they are now a Coventry based team. The fact that they are on DAB and we aren't is a measure of how far we've fallen.
I'd say its a measure that CWR still regard us as the main Coventry team and Wasps play second fiddle to us. FM is still the main form of radio broadcasting with DAB accounting for a minority of radio broadcast ratings.

That is a good question, and a far more valid one than asking it as though CCFC have been hard done by.

Anyway, I went the other week and it was a decent day out.

If we had bought Sixfields and moved permanently to Northampton, and then proceeded to put up larger attendances than any other local team, then I expect they would have done.
Honestly, I don't care about Wasps one jot but the hysteria about this is laughable.
Cant get fm in our area terrible reception. That's why I bought a dab radio so I could listen to the match clearly. Don't want to listen to wasps playing. Why don't they put them on fm and the city on dab?
Oddly we stopped using our DAB set when we saw it was using more power than the FM/AM sets we already had.
Not that bothered about wasps before the backlash, but there is a big difference, our move to Northampton was just to try and distress ACL and pick up the Ricoh on the cheap. Never was a permiment move. Waps have bought the Ricoh paying market value, and have moved here for good, or bad, depending on people's personal view. They are now a Coventry based team. Just as blaze are when they moved from Birmingham. Only difference is they didn't Impact CCFC in any way except for bringing a successful sports team/ franchise to the city. Another sport does the same and some want people hung draw and quartered, because they got our ground.....
