Eccles more likely to make the step up than Grimes? Wow…For me only Rudoni and MvE are the level required .
All the posters putting Grimes in , he's 29/30 and not been a player a premier League side has gone after. For me he would be to lightweight in that 6 role .
We have players like Thomas and Kitching , Torp and Eccles who could step up , Simms and EMC also but it is a massive step up .
Dovin has the potential too based on last seasons form and Rushworth isa premier league keeper but he isn't ours .
Lampard would need to be ruthless in his recruitment and his releasing of players also
What about BTA does he get 2nd place?Jay Dasilva to continue this trajectory of improvement and be a Ballon D'Or winner in a couple of years time

Have to agree about Wright, Gyokeres is struggling against quick powerful centre backs in the prem so cannot see Wright doing any betterI strangely think Simms is more likely to do some damage in the Prem than Wright.
Simms is a bit more of a throwback to an older era of centre forward that isn’t utilised as much in the Prem anymore.
I don’t think Wrights pace / touch wil count for as much in the Prem.
Think that’s about what you have to spend if you want to stay up.
