Replacing 29 or 50 goals won't make a hot of difference if we continue to concede 75-80 goals per season.

No worries, SISU will pay ACL the £590K and CCFC not get 10 pts deduction.. so you they're not really needed..

... maybe

SISU have this covered. They let Murphy go without trying to keep him :(

To be fair, he didn't score once last season.

Nobody, for the first time since Dublin and Huckerby we had two strikers scoring on a regular basis and the first time in decades we had a midfielder in double figures and scoring on a regular basis too, had Steve Pressley done his job properly and shored up our defence we could easily have been a top 6 side and with a 10 point penalty too.

Baker was in double figures the season before last.

Pointless thread. We already know we will lose players, Wilson is still here but may go and SP has stated he is in for a bunch of players. Asking who will replace the goals is a stupid question 2 months before a season starts.

Lets look at it another way, regardless of whom comes in or if Wilson stays I will bet now that our 3 highest goalscorers (2 strikers and 1 from midfield) will not score 50 goals this season. Throw in to the mix that our already fragile defence is even more fragile given that Murphy has gone, a long long season awaits.
Relegation??? Who knows but unless the new signings are experienced which I doubt, I believe we will have to be one of the favourites for the drop.
