SISU in there tenure have presumberly paid the staff/players wages utility bills etc. but have failed to pay rental on the Ricoh and training facilities and sold or got rid of countless players thus reducing the high-wage bills and then brought in very few new players and in summary pocketed any transfer feesand reduced the wage bill to approx a third of what it used to be.
This 60 million debt 35 million about to be written off or whatever figure you believe they harp on about, where and how have they spent that? If they agreed to take over the debt when they took over and the figure was 60 million who is the debt owed to? I do know rumours say 8 million owed to Arriva but how have they reached any of the figures even the 8 million Arriva

I think you'll find when we moved to the Ricoh the owners and Chairman immediately expressed their concerns regarding the high level of rent (a deal signed in 2003) and I recall attending the 1st game v QPR in 2005 and of course Claus Jorgensen's first ever goal at the ground.
Within a matter of weeks we were told the 'break even figure' were crowds in excess of 22,000, which of course was unsustainable (unless we immediately got back into the Premiership). We lose between £4m & £7m a year, therefore £1.3m rent is between 32% & 18% of those losses. Yet you blame the rent for everything!!

I think it is obvious money has been juggled about like a game of draughts and we will never know the answers. Just amuses me how investments suddenly become loans if things go tits up. I bet had these investments turned out to be mega bucks winners hardly a penny would have been given to the club as a thankyou

Youre correct the break even figure was over 22000 however that was including the rent not because of it

SISU did not give money to the club - it was lent. A significant proportion may well be unpaid interest due to SISU.
