Having read the latest ACL statement and about these documents that have appeared apparently telling a different story re ccfc ltd than we were told, where could it go now. If Paul Appleton is found wanting, who says ? and what could be done about it ? Can things revert back and start the administration process again, unlikely I would think. Could Appleton be removed and if so for whom and who decides that.

With everything now in this new company Otium's name GS, players, managers etc. how can that change ? It looks to me the damage is done and if there is any comeupence for individuals that will just happen months in the future. Fans are again asking for the football league and/or FA to do something but what can they.
Think as it stands this is a long battle and at the moment the only solution is for a prospective buyer to make Sepalla an offer she can't refuse as I believe she could wrap the club up.

I don't know about the legal side WRT administration/liquidation. But surely the FA/FL can give/remove the share to whoever they want, it's their league. There's the threat of legal action, which seems to be what's stopping them, but at what point is that outweighed by the damage to the game? We'll see.

So everything football related (GS, player regs) I suppose is up for grabs. I'd love to hear from one of the legal boffins on here about the other side.

Those who should be in the know, eg Hoffman/Elliott/Clarke, need to come out in the open with hard facts and evidence of any alleged wrong doing.
Don't know whether the leaked document is of value or not, but would not hurt to send to all journo's and to FA.
Am not advocating pitch invasions etc, but any demo's(for want of a better word), should be aimed at the Football League.
A major peaceful demo should be at Sixfields outside the ground for the first game.
As for going to the Ricoh on match days, why support ACL/CCC, they are just as much to blame as SISU.
Keep starving SISU of any income, and before anyone says that this is not helping CCFC, I agree it won't. But CCFC is dead anyway whilst they are owned by SISU and Franchised to Northampton.

RFC I for one are not happy with the ACL/CCC side of things but they are all held accountable by others while SISU have no one to answer to. If anyone at Council is seen to be doing anything untoward its a criminal offence and will see them sent to prison, both the CCC and ACL are audited both have up to day accounts and can be reported to the relevant departments so any lies that are said.
SISU only report to JS if you don't like it tough and she will take you to court.
