Whilst there is a bit of a lull in the world of CCFC I am trying to get my head around the numbers concerning the wellbeing of our club.

As I understand it we are on paper as of today BROKE - but if our benefactor in shining army had the financial clout to invest now what would the outlay need to be to rejuvenate our beloved Sky Blues.

First thoughts as follows:

Arena Investment - £10M for half share, how much for full ownership
Debt Reconstruction - perm any figures around £39M
Squad Transfer Outlay - £10 - £15M
Squad Remuneration Range - uplifted from limit of £12K per week to £15 - £20K per week

Does anyone have any realistic handle on the above so that we can all understand the
likely financial input that is required to operate within the "level playing field" arena we hear so much about.

First thoughts all look about right, although I heard a rumour that the most we'd get in terms of transfer kitty from the Hoff would be 6m. Which would quite frankly have me doing cartwheels! Ha, 6m spending money...2-3 would be bloody amazing. I thought we had a budget of around 1m this summer, but it now appears to be about 75k.

Higgs share is nearly 12m you cant get the Coucil share they don't want to sell. The debt is owed to Sisu who want a new investor to invest in the club but owe them in full as opposed to a take over where they will be brought out and expected to take a hit. one word of caution 6m does not guarantee promotion.
