Where and when will we win promotion? (3 Viewers)

What a day! As we're 1/500 to get promoted, we can look ahead and think when and where this will happen.

Nine points (effectively ten) clear of second with seven to play - where do you think it's going to be?

Blackburn has the potential to be an away trip for the ages. Would be fantastic to secure the title at home.

Friday 3 April: Coventry v Derby
Monday 6 April: Hull v Coventry
Saturday 11 April: Coventry v Sheff Wednesday
Friday 17 April: Blackburn v Coventry
Tuesday 21 April: Coventry v Portsmouth
Saturday 25 April: Coventry v Wrexham
Saturday 2 May: Watford v Coventry

It can still all go pear-shaped, so I am keeping my powder dry for now.

We could yet be scuppered for a number of reasons. 🫣

1. Meningitis

2. No oil to power the floodlights

3. We could lose every game if Esse keeps on deciding to dribble out from in and around our own penalty box

4. The team bus could veer off the road and end up in some kind of warped Bermuda Triangle, leaving us to play kids for the rest of the campaign .

5. We could get a points deduction when the EFL discover we have Richard Keys as a fan.

6. We could get a points deduction when the EFL watch all of Rob Gurney's post-match interviews on repeat.

7. Donald Trump could invade Coventry and rename us Trumpentry. He could then make JD Vance the leader of the council and Vance could ban us from playing any other sport than basketball and ice hockey

On the victory ride around the city centre, Trump and Vance would spot Iceland in West Orchards and decide to invade that too.

So much could still go wrong. 😥

I looked back at a couple of title-winning photos and it looks like you get a promotion board for a photo op when you go up then lift the trophy on the final day.

Really worried in regards to No 2. Just had our oil refilled and it went from £425 last time to £1075 this week! 😩
Can @Mild-Mannered Janitor start an oil heating fund alongside the season ticket fund please.

21pts left to fight for (24 for Ipswich)

9pt lead to 3rd in worst case scenario Ipswich win game in hand

Boro best they can do is 92pts
Ipswich best is 93pts

So we need 13pts if those 2 win all their games(which they can't cos facing each other so for autos sake rather than title let's say 90 and 91 is their tallys actually if they draw

So we need 10pts

So latest we can do it is Blackburn game and that's if we win our games and so do our rivals ?

If they don't we could do it by Wednesday or even hull?

apologies this prob makes zero sense in literally thinking(typing) aloud!

Playoff chase looking tasty, and hull only 3 behind Millwall and 5 behind boro, back in automatic hunt?
Southampton and Wrexham only 3 behind Hull too. Going to get very interesting.

Would love us to now go unbeaten until the end of the season. Doesn't have to be that many wins. Would settle for a few draws as long as their are no losses.

Would be a real statement end.

‘Worst’ case scenario we are 9 points ahead of 3rd place if Ipswich beat Pompey. Which means in practice winning 4 in a row after the break would do it with just 3 remaining.

If Boro/Ipswich drop more points in those games and we kept winning, it could be done against Sheff W. Derby and Hull two tough fixtures though, so I imagine Blackburn or the week after is more likely.
