Sisus next move will be determined by what option offers them the best financial return. Assuming that Joy Seppalla is sincere in agreeing to sell up if the can make money then the options aren't great for them.
If they build a new stadium they are looking at spending at least 30 million. To my mind they would struggle to sell the stadium and the club for the cost of the stadium.
On the other hand if they could get the Arena cheap then a sale might return a small profit.
Given the low attendances at sixfields and the size of the wage bill it's hard to see JS making a profit if ACL don't sell. Question is can ACL starve them out?
