Take realistic with a pinch of salt. What I mean is obviously we'd all love SISU to sell up cut their losses, we all move back to the Ricoh and get promoted and live happily ever after.

But with regards to the Ricoh...what's the solution? Personally I don't want SISU to get their grubby hands on it because I suspect this is their plan to finally make a profit on this sorry investment, or at least recoup some losses, by selling it. Either straight away for a high price, or by developing the land and selling it on. Then we'd be in the same situation as before we moved out, which I wasn't entirely happy with either.

What we really need is for the CLUB to own the stadium. What I would like to know is, is there any way the club can own the stadium, and SISU be banned from detaching the two if you know what I mean?

Do you think that SISU might be trying to acquire the stadium so they can sell it as a package with the club and make their money back?

Council sell the stadium to a third party and force Sisu to either sell or build another stadium. I think they would give in at that point...

Not really because even if ccfc (itself not another sisu company) owned the ricoh (which isn't sisus plan, they plan to seperate from the start,) sisu could just then liquidate ccfc and sisu would get the ricoh.

I'd snatch their hand off if they sold the Ricoh to sisu on cheap and sisu sold the whole package on for a realistic bee price to decent owners!!!!
