Does anyone remember this article from back in December

Supposedly they then shifted their attention to developing on what is already at the Higgs towards the north of the site because it is the easier/cheaper option. Do these supposed "talks" which have taken place have any implications for a possible expansion of the site to accommodate both teams in the future, or is it just a no-no? There certainly seems to be enough land to create further pitches.
Also I read that somewhere that the Wasps' development will mean that the public footpath by the pitches will no longer be "public" so to speak; that is, it will be closed off. I can imagine why - most top rugby clubs would not like the idea of their training being view-able to the public. Can anyone confirm this?
