OK, so the court says that council bail out of ACL loan is illegal, then what?
At the end of the day if the Golden Share is with CCFC Ltd, SISU are fucked.:thinking about:

At the end of the day ACL only run the Ricoh CCC own it i'm sure that sisu as owners are pumping money in from different businesses so what is the differance:slap:

It seems to me to be the very last throw of the dice by Sisu (I hope and pray). I really cannot see them winning this (I really hope and pray again). Will they walk away if they lose? I hope so but can't see it happening.
