Was practically brought up on ELO, Dad was a huge fan. Face the Music, Eldorado and Out of the Blue are the three for me. I am massively in to quite obscure, alternative music and the like but Jeff Lynne is such an underrated songwriter. I'm also a big fan of The Travelin' Wilburys, which had Jeff Lynn as a member, along with Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, George Harrison and the great Tom Petty.Was practically brought up on ELO, Dad was a huge fan. Yeah all the clips are from the early 60's. Really strange setting on a railway platform and the audience are mostly Caucasian.
I love the Dubliners but for me, The Fureys just edge it.
