Start our best XIII and watch the goals flow. Not a typo.

Just had a look at their league games so far this year. Played 8, won absolutely zero, drawn 3 lost 5 and scored a massive 4 goals. Their last 2 games have been 0-0

It's a huge chance for us.

I think it will be a tough game, as they are clearly fighting for their lives, but our quality should show through and the fact they have been goal-shy, should surely help. Might be famous last words, but it really should be a draw at the minimum.

1 nil, or 2-1 to the City.

Next couple are must win I reckon. Boro will want to bounce back and have two fairly easy home games. If we want the title we need to be beating the likes of WBA and Sheff Utd. Big test considering our record at West Brom and Sheff Utds quality but Boro beat them both away.

Sheff Utd’s form at home is pretty formidable to be fair. As for West Brom, they chose to boot the ball into their own net free of charge. Not sure we can count on that.

Would take a win at Albion and a draw at Brammall lane.
Can't really afford anything less but Wednesday will be tough

3 points wouldn't be the end of the world. Away at Blunts is probably top 2 or 3 of our hardest remaining fixtures, plus no more back to back away games (although that could change if Bristol City advance in the cup.)

Don't think so. They've lost 10 in a row and are rock bottom

Actually, on Wednesday, I hope they kick lumps out of Utd in the Steel City derby this weekend.

Bound sure to lose, but a few bruises and broken bones and red cards would be a big help.

Saturday has to be a winnable game for us given where West Brom are at the moment. Get the first goal, and early ideally, and their crowd could get on their players’ backs v for us. They won’t play in the open fashion Boro did so it may not be as easy to create good chances. If we play with the spirit and commitment we did on Monday though, we should have enough to win. Same team for me but maybe bring on the subs a bit earlier with the Sheff Utd game in mind. 2-nil to us! 🩵

There needs to be a balance between taking the energy from Monday, which was fucking brilliant from start to end, and approaching this match pragmatically. There's now no reason to be anything but hugely confident when we're playing at home but it's being gung-ho at away games that will be the undoing of us.

There is no reason we shouldn't be looking to win on Saturday - they're in appalling form, their "new manager bounce" hasn't happened and doesn't look like it's going to happen - but that doesn't mean going 1-0 up and still piling forward.

Onyeka, like on Monday, will make a huge difference, and I hope it's Lati and Thomas at the back again. I'm going to pluck for a 2-0.

Win this, but lose to Sheffield United

Our record at Brammal Lane is just as honking as the Hawthorns, plus i feel Sheffield United is the hardest away fixture left
Yeh that would be fine, then win at home to Stoke. Obviously you want as many points as possible but i don't really see us winning back to back aways all of sudden, especially at Brammall Lane.

Yeah absolutely this, we need to be taking an average of 2 points per game for the rest of the season ideally, so six points from the next three games would be brilliant. Include Oxford and Boro, then it would be 10 points from 5 games, so it could put us nicely on track.

Predicted on the 5 games we’d get 10 points and we‘d lose to United. Definitely an inform team which can hurt us on the break.

Just got to get something against West Brom and there should on paper be no better time to play them.

I think we see the same team here, only changes I can think possible are someone for EMC as I saw he was limping a little end of the Boro game, or maybe Kitching for Lati as WBA might not come at us that much and look to counter us more, but this one is definitely a game for Wright and Sakamoto
