much of that is down to the vast amount of empty seats. They need to look at this for next season, bring the crowd closer to the pitch like MK Dons, might create a bit more of an atmosphere

I don't really see how its the seats.

Lowest crowd of the season - 8862 v Crawley 3-1 City win.

Biggest crowd of the season - 15185 v Shrewsbury 0-1 City loss.

Surely the whole empty seats/atmosphere thing would have meant today was the best home performance of the season?

Its not about seats its about ability and belief.. We lack belief on our own ground. Teams come here and frustrate us.. We fail to take gifts.. Thus we are far to often mugged off..

Not about the stadium at all.

It's not rocket science.

1. When we are away from home the onus is on the home team to do the pressing. We play on the counter attack and it reaps rewards.

2. At home we are expected to do the pressing, can't counter attack and have difficulty breaking teams down.

It's all about how we set ourselves up at home and how differently we set ourselves up away.

We have to play a different game at home and the onus is on us to dictate and press. On the counter attack away, upon breaking our players have more space.

I think Otis nailed it to be honest. Today though we created enough opportunities, it was just one of those games where our forwards fluffed their lines and when they got it right so did their keeper who made some great saves. We'll be back !!!
