Upon England land and plain
He was a star so young and true
When he embraced the might Sky Blue

Laurent Delorge was his name
Not one of fortune or of fame
But he will always be in our hearts
Because he always played his part

So don't be quick to discount him
Because he always tried to please
He was a player of talent huge
He is always known as Laurent Delorge
