One thing we learned from the Shaw fiasco was that we need a quality experienced manager appointed quickly...can't afford to dick around like last time or play-off hopes will be gone for good.

Can't we just 'merge' these dam post somehow? Either that or everyone needs to keep up and read some other post before posting themselves ;)

Really? I think we'd 'long it' and appoint Graham Westley!

I am afraid that we may well be repeating the 'Shaw Fiasco' very soon.

Carsley has been installed as 5/4 Favourite.

We need a clean sweep.Every body currently on the coaching staff, with the exception of Mr Rioch, should be shown the door.

Our play-off hopes are nearly gone now.

The reason we came so close to the play offs is because we took our time and made the right appointment, yes that 4 game spell has costs us the play offs but had we gone for an easy appoint we may have never been in this position.

It's not over though. No matter how much you want it to be there is still a chance of play-offs and until that is mathematically impossible we need to do everything we can to try and make it happen.

Wouldn't worry about betting at the moment.

I wouldnt read too much into this. This market will be almost jon existant. This will be people just reacting to him being made caretaker.

I think a quick appointment of someone to the end of the season would make sense.

Although I agree with you, we need to make the right appointment. We can't afford to pay off another manager.

Jesus how many more times do I have to say this. The Shaw thing was a blessing in disguise because we appointed the right man in robins. If they had done things like they have a thousand times before and got a manager in quickly, I dare say we'd be looking at our 5th manager this season and not our 4th (thorn, Shaw, robins before anyone says). Sisu done the right thing for once

Agree, Carso and Oggy need to go. I agree with CJ though on this. We need a quick appointment so we can hopefully continue our push towards the play-offs. Any hesitation and we may as well give up on the season now.

Stu we didn't pay off Robins...we got money for him!
We paid off Thorn who was probably on pocket money.

I we didn't pay off robins, hence why we need to get the appointment right.

We paid plenty paying off boothroud, Coleman and dowie.
