No you didn’t. You’ve gone back and edited it now which is an admission you shouldn’t have done it. And saying it’s a charity bet doesn’t change the fact it’s a bet.

View attachment 40548

It’s the internet. Grendel spreadsheet and internet points is all you need. On all seriousness mate I think you might have a gambling problem if “bet £100” is the first place you go in an argument.

You’ve done this for years. When you think the club needs defending you spend all day attacking anyone who says anything against your view. It’s tedious. It was tedious when it was Sisu and it’s tedious now. Just let people discuss on a forum.

Edited what?

I far from have a gambling problem, you are making more things up that you have no clue about.

Please point out where I am defending Doug King. It's like yesterday when Evo's go to was that I don't say anything about Lampard when I clearly had!

It's a nice deflection from your silly post though, it might get you some likes.

Statistically they are unlucky and should be on 35 points before yesterday

So what I'm hearing is if you lose 1-0 and get battered all game you played better than if you lost 2-0 and dominated .

Is that the forums default position now ?

Well yeah because you defended to keep a clean sheet. It just depends on who the manager is of each game and which bias you want to spin.

We defended well yesterday up until the 89th minute and we had the best chance (other than our goal) which fell to BTA.

I can’t believe opinion has to be so black and white.

it is possible to think Robins deserved to go and also think Lampards start has been poor

we need around 7 wins to stay up, maybe more, i cannot see where the wins will come from with this current crop with have without investment or loans, god forbid we go into a relegation fight with these gutlless fairies.

To confirm, you gave 2 scenarios. The one where we win is better.

What happens is that if scenario 1 includes an ex manager and scenario 2 doesn't, you will try your hardest to make out scenario 1 was better regardless of the result.

Basically you're talking rubbish aren't you , you can definitely play better than a different game where you conceded 1 less goal .

What even are you talking about honestly, stone age pub nonsense

What I am saying is that winning a game 1-0 but holding out and defending well is better than losing 2-0.

It really isn't hard to grasp.

But over the 90 you can play much better / create far more etc etc

It's seemingly very hard for you to grasp

Well I think some of the issues that bedevilled Robins are still causing problems for Lampard.

Hopefully some experience can be brought into the squad in January.

Wel I agree. There’s clearly deficiencies in the squad.

despite this, we were told one of the pro’s of lampard was that he managed to get Chelsea to 4th without making any signings.

I don’t think there’s a big enough improvement for it to be noticeable. I wouldn’t say a whole lots changed to be honest.

Going on about people looking silly, calls for robins to go and then spends weeks crying about it.

It's madness, considering he left us level on points with a team in the relegation zone.

Obviously better against spurs because you take the opposition into consideration. I think both managers fucked up with the wrong changes or decisions too so it was pretty similar.

I don't need to check XG, shots or who our manager was to be able to say that.

Said in an earlier post, additions or no additions I still expect to see improvements in the current squad at some point in the near future.

To people who really think we are going down??? We are 15th with a GD of -3. There are two teams below us with better form than us, true, but also two above us with worse form. There are 6 teams below us with double-digit negative GD. Plymouth are gone already imho. To go down from here we would have to become A LOT WORSE than we are. If you think we are terrible and at rock bottom, great, we're staying up then. If you think we have further to fall (despite Wright coming back from injury) then OK, you can worry, but I think this is excessive. We will improve, not least with Wright back, and we will come good under Lampard. Are we going up this year? No, but rarely do you sack your manager because things are going well. Do we have some problem players? Yes, but they're OUR problem players.

Nah we were like Prime Barca if you dig deep into a statistic that might back it up. Did you see our completed pass ratio within the first trimester of our half between the 5th and 8th minute of each game?

No, I'm not. I'm saying we played better against Tottenham than yesterday. It isn't changing any tune?

I also said the same about both matches in terms of changes fucking us as it was quite similar.

So it's a fact you can play better than a different game even if you lose by 1 more goal , the same way it's a fact you can play better in 1 game over the other despite both ending the same scoreline .

This isn't hard , but you seem to want to make it hard

Lampard will take us down.

He’s been a terrible appointment and I don’t see why you give someone time and money when they’ve taken the team backwards and shown no ability to improve results whatsoever and have no track record to give you confidence he can

His team selections are bizarre, he’s incapable of motivating players, the football is shit, he clearly doesn’t give a fuck about is either.

The bizarre insistence he’s a tactical genius who is just let down by terrible players is justified from people who backed him and frankly now look silly. The players aren’t great but they’re far better than they’ve shown under Lampard. he’s not a tactician and he’s not a motivator. He’s just a celebrity out of his depth.

Waste some more money and time on him if you want in the naive hope he’ll magically become a great manager, but he’s clearly been a disaster appointment. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gone before the start of next season

if you listen to Rob Gurney who covered West Brom whilst BTA was there, he is very surprised at how little impact he has had here so far.
im still hoping he’ll prove to buy a very good buy unlike some of the others.

You were comparing a 3-0 loss where they were 2 up at half time with a 2-1 loss where we fucked it up in the last couple of minutes with a pathetic individual mistake which meant we lost the game.

I'm sure you can see the difference as comparing 2 games where we lost in the last few minutes 2-1.
