Brilliant

Brought tears to my eyes and reminded me of how loud and proud we were at Wembley in 24.

Fantastic, works well without the slightly irritating squeaky vocals of Enemy's lead singer. Defo get em up the CBS.

He’s from Darwen so they sound a bit similar as well. He’s a Man U fan.

It can be very powerful. I can still remember a bras band that came to my primary school and did the A-team. It sounded incredible.

Absolutely love it.

In Jimmy Hill's day he would have had them along to provide the half time entertainment.

C'mon Doug!

I am not adverse to the traditions of brass bands, although I much prefer the New Orleans versions (see Dirty Dozen Brass Band). The Colliery bands were great but Thatcher put paid to them. Still plenty around in truncated forms in carnivals.
If you are old enough, you will remember brass bands as the only entertainment at the footie. The Jimmy Hill revolution swept that away, even though we did get The Sky Blue Song (Tea Dance Version). The Villa were late to the game and still had brass bands some years later, which tells you all you need to know.

Used to love hearing and watching the Coventry Corp of Drums on the summer Highfield Rd pitch at the start of the season
