I’d imagine Hoffman knows the financial position of SISU as good as anyone. He’s got a smart financial brain and probably given Ashley’s options on how to play this out. Just my thoughts.

I can’t believe Ashley once he gets the arena will go after CCFC. As ISB said earlier, he could sweat SISU out over time but he’ll definitely get his hands on CCFC given time.

If they sell for less than the listed amount on their investor accounts, then they've got a lot of explaining to do.
There is no way that they'll realise that sum. Hence, they're stuck & we might be stuck with them for a bit longer. Lets hope their other investments are making massive profits to cover a potential "paper loss" on CCFC.

The difference is that MA spends his own money on projects that he thinks he can revive, but he is a man who likes being involved in football.
SISU spend their investors money and have already burnt their fingers being involved in a football club that they're not interested in. SISU don't have lots of money; only what they can persuade their investors to lay out
