They have breached the salary cap themselves in the not so distant past too & have actually taken players from Saracens by offering more money than Saracens could pay.
Funnily enough they were one of the biggest dissenting voices about reducing the cap too yet somehow blame that as well.

Clllr Gary Ridley head of the Conservatives came across very well yesterday on CWR, well spoken and business like, Duggins meanwhile struggles to string a sentence together and puts his foot in it numerous times with his comments.They may run under a Labour flag, but they're about as socialist as Farage in most respects.
