That could happen though, there have been loads of rumours one with sisu linking up with an investor on a 51%/49% basis. I hope the investor is Elon MuskI don’t know. I think SISU will hold out for a lot more.
It gives an ember of credence to them (SISU) being 49%. It’ll be a debt park. They’ll collect 6-7% annual or whatever to satisfy their hedge fund portfolio with a buy out option at their balance sheet stake (£60m - guess). They can’t crystallise for less than their debt - they are a hedge fund.
