Do they play on artificial, is that allowed at that level? If not I'd be very worried about the pitch

Solihull is grass.

Wonder just how big the appeal will be.
The CBS is a very nice and comfortable ground - very nice hospitality, good varied food outlets in high number.
Sure it all added to the experience of going to a Wasps game. Attracted many of our local councillors!!

There will be nothing like that at Damson Park!!

Agreed and despite the amenities and top flight rugby they were still down to sub 4k by the end, hard to see where they're gonna get the punters from

Ouch.

Why have the new owners not completed?

I get the feeling that the Wasps legend and Holland still suffer from the same delusions of grandeur that led to old Wasps' demise.

Haven't gone into the detail of admin report but was a figure ever reached for the total amount that RFU were insisting had to be repaid in order to continue?

The only reason they would come back to the cbs is that they don’t like money and want to go bust again sooner, they should just fuck off to Solihull where they are not wanted either.

In fact the resolution that the Trustee will be asking the bondholders to agree to goes even further than just approving the receivers fees. We are also being asked to agree that we will waive any claim we may have against the Trustee and indemnify the Trustee against any claims, etc., etc. I was going to say more but I think I have reached the stage of genuinely being lost for words!

My understanding is that the receivers are looking for approval to charge more fees as part of the winding up process. If they don't get that approval then they will go to court to seek approval (this will undoubtably be granted). If they need to go to court then they will take the fees out of the eventual settlement.
Unfortunately they require 90% approval. Given that we couldn't even manage to get 25% approval to give us some kind of control over who/when we sold the assets to the chances of reaching 90% are zero.
Personally I'm not even going to waste my time voting as it won't make any difference. The hourly rates we are being charged are pretty crazy. Hopefully they'll just get it wrapped up ASAP and distribute what little remains. Certainly the last retail bond I'm ever touching!

Don't know whether to laugh (bemused), be angry or what!

However, for some reason it doesn't surprise me how low our old insect parasite overlords will stoop.

While I'd detest all else that that precipitates, at least it gets them further away from Cov. So not ALL bad.
Biggest downside is that they'll ultimately get the RFU Academy for South Warks should they get back to the Prem.

Guessing it's because Worcester going pop means there's a stadium spare.

I still wouldn’t rule out them trying to come back to Coventry at some point.
