Well therre was no need for the letters , the threads or the emotional uproar then i guess

i didn't mean it like that, just struggle to see the point of having a vote if the outcome is known already. Just shows how corrupt all of this shit is.

Would it be as corrupt if it was Sisu buying into it? Not like they couldn't was it.

I don't think any of it should come as a surprise. Since Lucas has been in charge she has consistently said they will listen to any offers for the Ricoh. Seems SISU have banked on nobody else being interested.

It would still be dodgy to the people who weren't fussed about football I guess. Doing it hidden away just makes things seem dodgy doesn't it, no matter what it is?

But how is that any different to the negotiations between Steve Waggot and Chris Robinson?

They were praised for keeping it hidden away.

It was a surprise to me. None of it makes sense. The haste of it, the unanimous decision, the sheer negligence of two sporting institutes in Coventry, one of which has been painstakingly rebuilt as a labour of love, with the other only having recently returned to the City after campaign after campaign. Our jubilant cries of people power only a few weeks ago, now seemingly futile. Our supposed socialist majority council grossly endangering symbols of community cohesion.

I'm not a rugby fan, but I've just been turned into an avid Cov RFC supporter.

We all have emotional ties as it is our club so naturally we want to know all the ins and outs but in reality these sort of things get done like this all of the time and we scream and cry about Sisu showing us what they are doing but they never do so why do we think this will be any different.
