How many cov fans went today?
Train being held at the station.
Few handbags in the ground so I'm hearing.
feck me lets sack him before the end of season and have our 6th manager this season
Lad who text me said about 2000-2500.
Too right, Jacko. You can't win 'em all. Overall we've had a good season and that's the worst we've been since September. Hardly the end of the world.

Good season? Are you for real? Lost at home to Carlisle, Shrewsbury and Sc-unithorpe along with drawing against bury and Pompey and Colchester!!!! That for me is a poor season
I agree Torchy. The season went better than anticipated with the start we had, and it was bound to catch up with us at some point. Time to prepare for next season i say

We haven't really had a good season though have we, we should be making at least the play offs in this league. The standard of teams in this league is direToo right, Jacko. You can't win 'em all. Record away wins. One player scored 21, one player has scored 17 and one midfielder 14. Hardly poor.

Midtable in league one is hardly good eitherRecord away wins. One player scored 21, one player has scored 17 and one midfielder 14. Hardly poor.

It's hardly been a poor season
The points deduction was a kick in the teeth tbf. The standard is poor but its a tougher league than most expected. Without it, we were close to the play offs but as our season is over its making no difference
Even without the deduction we would still only be upper midtableBecause of a ten point deduction. Also, a record home crowd at the Ricoh.
We are where we are and I think despite all the problems off the field then I think it has been far from a poor season.
Still though we were never in the play offs, add on the ten points and we are in 10th and 5 points away still.
But the players were deflated at Portsmouth after the deduction so that could have been a win then it's 2 points away and that would have motivated them today so could easily have been a different story if it hadn't been for the deduction
The 15 games under Robins and Mcgoldrick before Christmas have been the highlight of the season amongst a season of rubbishWe've had some great matches, especially away and if we had kept McG and Robins and not conceded the 10 points then who knows but overall for this football club its been a disaster. We will finish with the instability and uncertainty that we started it with.
Do you think one day we'll actually have a season that doesn't start with a transfer embargo, keep a performing manager for the duration, don't lose our best players around the New year mark and don't have the threat of financial obliteration from start to finish !!
We didnt get the deduction confirmed until last Friday.
Even without the deduction we would still only be upper midtable
And you seem determined to be celebrating us being in midtable in league 1We'll obviously have to agree to disagree then as you're determined to tell us how poor we are. We'd be tenth, 5 points off the play-offs with a game in hand. Considering where we were in the table in September and we're on our fifth manager of the season...
I'd say given the 5 different managers, poor start to the season and off field troubles, it certainly could have gone worse. You are gonna have some off days (and today was certainly one if them) but there has been some positives.
Heading for lowest finish since 1959.
Is that good?
