I'd say in the past players like walker were fine , the best teams defend from the front and in today's game its necessary to have your forwards work extremely hard .. this is why Walker doesn't play as often as some think he should.

I would've started Walker with Waghorn yesterday
Mentally they wouldve wanted to prove a point, being Forest fan and ex Derby player respectively. Also Walker scoring 2 in 2 should've been enough to warrant a start
Godden played well yesterday but Gyo looks to still be injured and could've done with a rest
