Cov City Season ticket holder for many years including this season - Standard of football at the Ricoh and the pitch alot to be desired and not only our pitch there are several poor pitches in this league, so four of us recently went to the local derby in Germany, Dortmund v Schalke 81,000 sell out cheapest tickets £10.50 what an atmosphere -we were speaking to some Germans after the game and said what's the atmosphere like at the other games as obviously Schalke a local team then they are going to bring many fans to make up the numbers (also remembering up till recently Dortmund were rock bottom of the league) they said that it is a sell out every game and there is a 20 year waiting list for season tickets? - something very wrong with the English league and it needs a wake up call when you have to pay between £22 - £25 to normally watch a rubbish standard league 1 game with no atmosphere - The merchandise superstore selling everything you could think of reference Dortmund and was so big it reminded me of the old Owen Owen -

You are correct they don't sometimes confirm the kick off day and time till late which happened at our game - We purchased two lots of airline ticket early doors to return home with Ryan-air i think one was £20 the other £30 - so when the game day and time was decided we decided we had two flights to choose - we stayed at the NHI hotel 4* next to Dortmund station costs £32 a man (family room) - the match tickets were expensive as it was the local derby- but i am sure for your game if you applied directly to the club you might get reasonable price tickets - have a gud one

The Premier League hasn't got enough hands to catch all the money raining down on it so there's no motivation for anything to change.

Germany do seem to have it right for the fans. The FA could do well to take note. Who knows if the FA start performing like the German FA we get a national team that I feel like following. Until then I'm jumping on board with me mums nationality. Come on the Nordi Iron.
