Waiting Subs (1 Viewer)

Yet again last night we had a sub standing on the side of pitch for ages and then we conceed on bring him on.

Do the players see someone waiting to come on and lose concentration?

Didnt like the fact SP didnt make his substitutions until after Colchesters 2nd goal. It was clear to see we werent playing well and struggling to break them down in the 2nd half, a change should have been made at half time. Thinking of the effect the subs actually made, we could have won the game had them changes been made at half time. And while im on the subject of SP, I didnt agree with hardly anything he said post match. For a team whos gunning for playoffs I was fully expecting City to be up for it, gung ho almost, piling pressure on teams as were all supposed to be chomping for playoffs. Absolutely awful last night. Apart from 10mins at the start and 10 at the end it was crap.
