Bournemouth will finish higher than Villa this season. I live in Bournemouth and trust me that are a very good side who will do much better than Vile will.
No surprise that he's wanted by other PL clubs. Scored at Villa Park in the cup (first ever Cov kid to net there) and ran their defence ragged. I remember Alan Hutton looked as solid as a rock and nothing got past him until Wilson came on. Within 20 seconds of his introduction Hutton had been booked for bringing him down as he couldn't handle him.
Must be said that when Matt Richie came on a few minutes later, with Arter feeding, they made the Villa defence look like conference players. Wilson scored late on but they could've easily scored several before and a couple after it. Yes Villa aren't the best Prem team and it was a single game but from what I saw of them at other times last season with a few additions they should be ok.
To sustain their position and progress on fro it they'll need to make the ground bigger which won't be easy down there. I could be wrong but I get the impression the locals aren't the sort that would appreciate the town being flooded with 30,000 football fans every 2 weeks. GGT will know more than me on local politics and views though obviously.

I am intrigued to know why we hate Villa so much. Did something happen between us before my time or is it just because they are in the midlands and better than us. Speaking to a Villa fan they are not bothered by us personally i couldnt give two shits about them either just wondered why a lot of our fans seem to have problems with them?
Up until 2001 it was a regular fixture between the two sides and were our closest rivals for a number of years. But yes they dont and never have bothered about us really.

Plus, Villa fans have delusions of being a truly big club and always dismissed ccfc as crap even when we were higher, better, beat them etc

They are not in the United, Arsenal, Chelsea class though, but their fans who I know believe they are. There was nuance in my post not hatred.
