Jorginho is a quality player.

I mean for all the mistakes people branding about it's a miracle they finished 2nd in prem 2 seasons in a row and final 4 of CL lol
My lad and the majority of Chelsea fans he knew (he was a Chelsea ST holder ) were more than glad that Jorginho went. He was well past his best. Arsenal have thrown plenty of money around ( check out their net spend ) and have finished second twice . The first occasion was bottled and the second they were beaten by a more tactically astute manager. Arteta is not the bees knees.

Even if Arsenal get him I doubt he will win them the Prem this year.

Liverpool just look a world ahead with their squad, could be saying this too early but they'll be favourites from match day one.

I'm not saying Arteta is excellent but coming 2nd in the Prem twice isn't as easy as many make out. Most clubs would be delighted to get 2nd. Yes they have spent untold millions but spending £100m plus in a season is nothing unusual in the Prem.

Yes it's an achievement but my point is that it could have and arguably should have been better if Arteta had spent on a couple of decent strikers

It’s not too bad. Take it and it helps. Plus some Gus money hopefully to come and we have no need to sell. However, someone like MVE might be on the move.

Where will Hamer realistically go?

I still think one of the promoted clubs will get him. Leeds more likely.

I can’t see clubs paying what they paid for him - I suspect he will just stay where he is

Lots of teams spend lots of money on the prem. Why ain't all of them making semis of CL and going for titles?

Listen to yourself. Your saying he bottled(hate this term , always used by sofa experts) the league title Vs Manchester fucking city who spend more than anyone. So you are admitting he's a good enough manager to get on that damn position on first place!

Anyway gyok fee agreed. 6m to us hopefully

If the initial reported fee of 63.5m euros is correct. Then my calculations project that the club will receive £3.87m now with the possibility of another £0.87 m from add a ns.
