Me too! Thank fuck.Maybe you opened this thread and, as I did, saw the first posts and thought he'd been injured. Realised after looking at the date that this was an old post from last year... Quite a relief after the performance today!
At the moment yeah. Sheaf is too much like Grimes but not quite as good.Best midfield 3 in the league?
Torp - Grimes - Rudoni
I love Torp, real technician with the ball - was a beautiful first time volleyed pass into BTA at one stage which was classy.
We’ll see. Hopefully he can replicate the sort of display we saw yesterday for a sustained period.Firmly into the clueless list with this
He looked much fitter and more mobile yesterday, played at a good intensityI love Torp, real technician with the ball - was a beautiful first time volleyed pass into BTA at one stage which was classy.
It’s a shame he had a stuttering start under Robins because it was always clear there was something there. Looks like he’s bulked up this season
Both his goals were excellent, I had great angle on them.Currently out and have only just watched Torps 2nd back but fuck me that has to win goal of the season already
It came second in skys goal of the day comp with 20% but never caught the winner but I think was just power that got it the vote.Currently out and have only just watched Torps 2nd back but fuck me that has to win goal of the season already
Nobody is doing that?!The cucking for Sheaf over this guy gets more embarrasing by the day.
If he isn't one of the first names on the team sheet then you need to have a word with yourself.
Think he's still in 2023Nobody is doing that?!
The injuries weren't connected so I don't think there's anything to worry about there. Anyone can have a run of different knocks just like it's possible to throw a double six twice in a row.I’m pleased he’s showing his quality which he always seemed to have but it fits and starts.
The only remaining question with him is durability, hope his injuries are behind him.

Not in this thread. They were, for a long time. As recently as the first game of the season. It's only recently changed amongst many when Lampard picked Torp first game.
It was absolutely the right choice as well.
He ain't nowhere near the starting 11 when everyone's fit. No way do we drop Torp for sideways backwards Sheaf. The cucking for Sheaf over this guy gets more embarrasing by the day.

Just imagine if he was a Brazilian we had just splashed £15million on, we'd all by screaming what an absolute bargain, announce promotion now etc etc.Still not over that second goal yesterday. He's got serious aura.
He's got serious aura.
I was thinking the same. If he continues this form he surely must be in contention for an international call up.Both his goals were excellent, I had great angle on them.
The first one had a curl right into the corner though I see on the replay the goalie just got a hand to it.
I attracted some derision last time I suggested he might get a call up to the Denmark squad but would you bet against it now?
Worry we have again is a team from above or abroad coming in for himLeague winning midfield for me

I'd tell them 45 million... Basically fuck off he ain't leaving£15m or we won't open the email
