In the 2008 Gaza War they were found to have used white phosphor in Gaza. White phosphor is not banned per se as ammunition but its use in populated areas is. There’s already evidence that they’re using it again this time. They’ve also have history of collective punishment. The Red are already accusing them of that this time.
