United or Wednesday. Who do you prefer ? (1 Viewer)

The two Sheffield clubs are fighting it out for automatic promotion and Wednesday are now in the driving seat, a point ahead and a home game v relegated Wycombe and United have to travel to also relegated Exeter. (What a f**king trek that is) Who do you prefer, for me it's Wednesday all the way always had a little soft spot for them and never liked United for some reason, although from the same city the fans seem so much different.

But from a Coventry City point of view i think if Sheffield United fail in the play-offs they will be harder opponents next season than Wednesday, just think they are a better all round side.

I have allways disliked Sheff Wednesday, based on the fans of theres I have come across.

So I would choose United to go up if I had to.
But if i'm honest I'm not too fused really.

I would like to see them both get promoted, as we will have the biggest ground in league 1

Not bothered as long as they both go up. They're both too strong for us.

Wednesday for me - I feel we made a bit of a bond with their fans when we all sang hi ho silver lining at the Ricoh in respect of their 2 fans that got killed on the way home, the season before.

Also hate United, probably because they were a really dirty team under Warnock. Montgomery and Brown and Quinn kicking lumps out of our players.

Well I'd sing Hi Ho Silver Lining til the cows came home, but wouldn't touch John Denver with a barge pole.

Anyway, do any fans sing any songs of Bread or the Doobie Brothers? :thinking about:

They should do. I can see "Make It With You" being a big anthem at the Ricoh. :thinking about:
