Under 14's season ticket question (2 Viewers)

I am on the waitlist for myself and my nephew who is under 14. I have paid £10 each to put ourselves on the waitlist but I have had an email from ccfc saying season tickets are available from tomorrow at 10am but in this email it states that "If you are purchasing an Under 14 or disabled and carer Season Ticket please note that this can only be done by calling or visiting the Ticket Office between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm. All other age categories must be purchased online."

I thought I could select 2 season tickets for myself and nephew online together tomorrow at 10am? I always but them together when getting tickets online in the past and my nephews account is linked to mine!

Probably need to see proof of age. If you're going in person it would be a good idea to take it regardless and save a wasted trip or 2nd visit. Might also be if the U14 is in the FZ as opposed to other areas, but I'd do what's said and also get there early on to have the best selection and the chance to iron out any additional info needed. I just checked with my Sister and he is actually aged 14 now so I am guessing the Under 14's season ticket question is out of the equation now.

I should be able to buy an adult and under 18's online at 10am with no issues now?

Unless he has a 12 year old brother you could take along instead with his own credentials
