That's correct. Though 'Real Lancashire Eccles Cake' factory, that make the ones that you find in the supermarkets is actually in Manchester, on Hyde Rd very close to the Apollo.Eccles is a cake - a noun but not a proper noun as only borrowing the place it originated in (I think that's right but one of the better read may be along to correct me)
I think it's safe to say that Dolan will be signing a contract and being unveiled somewhere soon
If we sign Tyrhys Dolan at all, I’ll delete my account. That’s not me saying he’s too good, that’s me saying I don’t even think we’re after him.
let's start a gofundme so we can boost the wages on offerNow goes down as a ‘Must Sign’.
I mean Saddle told us we made a bid last year so id say we are definitely in for him....If we sign Tyrhys Dolan at all, I’ll delete my account. That’s not me saying he’s too good, that’s me saying I don’t even think we’re after him.
it's a trick, that's clearly Canley Ford
But….but…but….
He’s in Coventry, having a medical!!

Dicks out if Tyrhys Dolan signs tomorrow while also doing a tour of England and interested Europe.
Makes me smile when I see fans dismiss rumours because too many clubs are linked with the same player.
It’s inevitable partly because agents want to create markets but more importantly most clubs are buying data on the players in the same leagues, inevitably therefore the same players will stand out to lots of clubs ….
I am definitely trolling, my insider at the club is @SaddlebrainsNot even sure who's trolling and who's not anymore tbh.
Virtually all of our players did well at some time last season. Some dropped off and underperformed at times. Like most managers, Frank wants to upgrade or provide cover/competition.
Toffolo seems strange as we are top heavy at LB/LWB. This idea you can just offload in contract players is naive. Bidders struggled after his injury but may get back to his best. JDS became the player Adi said he was at the end of last season, as both a defender and an attacking force especially at home.
As much as I would like Doyle to sign, Unless we have some funds that have appeared (the £15million?), I feel he will be too expensive for us. I gather he was at Ryton at the beginning of last season but may have dropped in to see his mate Eccles.
Dolan seems to fit the bill. Right wing cover or first choice. Free transfer although development costs may be £1 million.
Do we have to sell? Every player has his price. MVE and Rudi are the jewels in the crown and the only players that would attract top dollar.
We need a squad so can't see Eccles, Lati, BTA or Allen leaving unless we get a very good bid and we buy a replacement first.
Simms would prosper with the right service but has struggled with his back to goal, the way Frank plays. Again, don't think he will leave unless a big offer comes in.
Am I right in thinking we have to have a max 25 man squad plus u21s?

Also, it is possible for him to be in Coventry and his home town of Manchester in the same day
Least give them till Saturday or he joins another clubAt least we can finally file this one under bullshit.
Lots of ITK challengers taken a beating today.
View attachment 44115And there will be scores like 1-0 and 2-2 that have happened in previous years.
It's blindingly obvious that he started his medical at Ryton and finished it in Manchester, that's how fit he is!!!Yeah! I forgot about cars!!
This was posted to his instagram at pretty much the exact same time everyone was posting that his medical was finished.
I know it could have been recorded earlier in the day/week/month/year and I know you don’t have to BE IN Manchester to SAY you are in Manchester but still…
Just saying it’s not looking likely that he was in Ryton at 7pm.

Tbf since the days she was with Boris' dad, she's settled down and got married. So now we’ve decided that there was nothing in the Dolan and Doyle rumours, can we call out the Toffolo nonsense too?
Both Bassette and Raphael were listed with the EFL as U21s at the end of the January transfer window (originally listed in the regular squad last summer), so I don't think the homegrown aspect of it is important in respect to the age classification. The FA guidance just mentions date of birth.Yes 25 seniors plus unlimited under 21 players if they have trained and played in this country to qualify as home grown.
As I understand it if you take a player on loan, even if they are under 21, they have to be registered with the EFL as one of your 25 senior players. At least 8 of your 25 seniors need to qualify as homegrown.
