The stadium cost 113 million and was sold what looks like 20 million, surely the stadium like all property goes up in value not down? - who values it and why was it sold so cheaply
If the stadium was sold for 20 million and it may cost 20 to 40 million to build a new CCFC stadium (depending who you speak to) why did SISU not purchase the stadium outright! at what looks like a bargain, and would have certainly appeased their shareholders and ticked all the boxes for revenue streams which they keep on mentioning
