You move the goalposts a lot. I think it's patronising to say that people can't tell reform from privatisation. You said two groups think the same, I think that's wide of the mark. One ignores evidence, one tends to use evidence as the basis for their positions.

I know they havn't got to the bottom of it yet but i saw something on the BBC suggesting that if the shooter was on the roof where footage had suggested they might be that was only 150 yards away. mad innitHe or she may not have been local to the area. But to put it into perspective within roughly a 20 mile radius of Orem, Utah - where Kirk was shot - there are 7 gun ranges and maybe a handful of driving ranges / courses.
So basically in terms of access to facilities it'd probably be easier to become a good shot than would be to become half decent at golf for instance.
