Rak Saki on loan at Charlton last season. Scores goals for fun and is likely available for loan and will want that to be in the Championship. I know a few in the division are interested.

Mark Robins has a tough job now in an unusual position for him and seemingly armed with the Gyokeres loot he is starting to draft in his desired players, obviously scouted & monitored we have now got three in and more to come but getting the right ones and they all come off is the key, reckon there will be at least one more striker and then it’s the defence crucial they all come off.
We were generally rock solid in defence last season that has to continue lots of links and rumours as we have just seen with the Japanese fella there could well be unlinked newbies that turn up.

Haven’t been in this exciting position since the JH days still armed with a big chunk of the Vik dosh reckon the is going to be an interesting couple of weeks ahead.

Barnsley keeper Brad Collins is a target for Coventry City.

Collins lost his place in the Oakwell side before the play offs but was a regular for the previous two seasons.

Mark Robins fancies him as competition for Ben Wilson and wants to agree a fee although Barnsley would need to replace him first.

Coventry City boss Mark Robins wants to snap up ace goal scorer Billy Sharp.

Robins is fighting with Rotherham, Hull and Derby for the hit man who was released by his beloved Sheffield United after their return to the Premier League.

The Sky Blues could need more firepower next season and hope to win the race although the Millers want to get close to their personal terms offer and persuade him to stay in the area.

Hull are in the chase while Derby would also be interested if he dropped to League One and a decision is close to being taken in the next few days.

If Coventry get Sharp it could mean an exit for striker Matty Godden who is also ironically fancied by Derby.

Please no. He’s so old.

Simms, Whittaker, Godden and a flying machine forward would create real problems for championship defences and give us options during matches

Not a name being linked in any way with the club, but one I thought to throw out there; Auston Trusty. Had a great season on loan from Arsenal at Birmingham City. Maybe if we cannot get McNally, a bid for Trusty might be worth a look?

Then again, Arsenal might send him out on loan to a top tier European (Spanish/Italian) side

Would love to get Trusty. Birminghams best player last season by far.

Godden link to Derby is an interesting one and I can see why they would want him for a promotion push. Depending on who else we get in the forward line his appearances could be limited along with his usual injury niggles.
