'Tossing and turning'... (5 Viewers)

'I can't sleep at night...tossing and turning'. So sang The Ivy League if my memory serves me well. It's 2.45am and that just about sums it up!

See what I'm thinking is this...if we are to survive, not only do we have to maintain our present form till the very last game, but it's essential that Forest and Millwall, and even Posh get sucked into the battle, cos I can see Pompey dragging themselves out of it.

Every w/end from here on in is going to be squeeky bum time, and I can't see myself getting a decent night's till it's all over....too excited if we survive, reliving all those important moments; and too disappointed if we don't, reliving all those important moments. I can't win! But I'm one of those who believes City can survive and give us all another tale to tell of 'the great escape'.....PSUB

I still think we will survive. It is not just the fans of the bottom 4 clubs that will be worried. Pompey and ourselves are picking up points against clubs in the top half. Other clubs near the bottom 4 are struggling. I would prefer to be in the bottom 3 at the moment and picking up points than be just above and losing nearly every game.

Think at the end of the season points wise they will be close, but they have just too many points and even a massive, massive slump should still see them okay.

Peterboro are 9 points ahead of us with 7 games to go. They lost 5 of the last 7 games. One more win and they will be safe......7 defeats and in trouble.

Millwall have a hard run in, but recently beat Peterboro 3-0 away.

I'd say Millwall and Forest are as far ahead as we can realistically look-especially with the former still to visit the Ricoh.

I guarantee that there will be surprising results which will throw all our best calculation awry....even perhaps an away win for us tomorrow????

I'd agree with that. Shock results aren't exactly a shock in this league. I've just got this feeling about tomorrow as well - could do with another Wisey overhead kick from the edge of the box... or even one that comes off Platts arse from 2 inches out! I'm not fussy!

I certainly would not be' tossing' over our situation

tut tut, for shame. I come on here to avoid such low-brow things, hence why I'm staying away from the ccfc2011 and skyblueprincess love in going on over at 'Hot babes' ;)
