No thank you. Don’t want this kind of idiot at the club.

QPR's Todd Kane has received a seven-game ban and must attend an education session for using abusive language "referencing nationality or ethnicity" towards Brentford's Sergi Canos.
Defender Kane, who has also been fined £6,000, admitted the charge following the Championship game in February.
The 27-year-old Englishman said it was in response to an insult which also referenced his nationality.
The Football Association accepted Spaniard Canos' denial of that claim.
A QPR statement said there was no justification for "insults pertaining to someone else's nationality" and that Kane will be disciplined internally.
The statement added that Kane had "shown remorse throughout" and that "both Todd and Rob Dickie, who witnessed the incident, have consistently testified that Todd's comment was in response to an opposition player using similar language about Todd's nationality".
Kane admitted he used abusive and insulting language contrary to FA rule E3.1, meaning an "aggravated breach" which rule E3.2 defines as language including a reference "whether express or implied, to nationality or ethnicity".
The QPR statement added: "Referring to anyone's nationality is not acceptable and the club and Todd apologise unreservedly to the player involved and to others for whom this incident has caused offence.
"Queens Park Rangers Football Club condemns all forms of discrimination and has been at the forefront of working to tackle this issue, in both our recruitment across all levels of the club and our action in the local community."

Seems a bizarre link. Well and truly a RB, which isn’t something we play with. Think there’s players out there that would suit what we need better.

I think (and hope) this is hot air made up by someone behind a keyboard, bored with nothing to write about...

Could he be a replacement for Pask rather than DaCosta, as he seems able to cover a number of positions.

Seems a little bit pointless to replace our 5th or 6th choice centre back though.

For the very few games he will play Pask is fine as backup IMO

Apparently he is QPR's most hated player of the last 5 years
Hopefully he will make his debut v QPR next week then,
Don’t know much about him but he has championship experience and can play anywhere along the back line and midfield apparently. We need decent cover for our defence he sounds okay for that.

They had 37 just out on loan last season - then they have to field first team, U23 and U18 squads

It’s crazy that some of them that have never played for the first team (or only made a few appearances) are 26/27 yr olds.

Not right though is it, but from our point of view we haven’t don’t too bad with the Chelsea connection.
Seems as a club we are on their tick list.

37 loans is just crazy, they really are in a different world.

Tbh Chelsea's business model is kind of genius over the last couple years. The amount of money they have made from signing young players loaning them out until they are a decent standard and then selling them is ridiculous.

It's stupid it's allowed to happen on that scale but fair play to them. Their net spend comparative to rivals is relatively low the last 2/3 seasons. (Appreciate the Hazard sale obviously helped with last summer's splurge)

Some of their players have cottoned onto this now and refused contracts there, 2 went to Southampton and 1 to Leeds this summer
