Even though we lost there were positives in the game.
I was gutted that macca didn't score the penalty, but its time for him to be rested.
When the ball was on the ground the passing and the fast pace left portsmouth for dead. link up play needs to be practised.

Mistake from Pressley if you ask me.

Sheff has been completely out of form for some time now and especially in front of goal. Can't for the life of me understand why he was given the penalty taking duties today.

A bloke who can't score for love nor money? Why not Fleck or McDonald?

With all the pens we took this season in the JPT you'd have thought we'd have gone ahead today.

In the warm up Sheff tried to place his shots v Dunn and failed to score...unbelievably poor power in his strikes. I pointed this out to my mate at the time so couldn't believe the audacity Sheffers showed to take the pen. He knows he's off form right now...he really should have let a 'power' striker like Fleck take it today.
